Movie Review: Adrift

Image result for adrift

Tami Oldham and Richard Sharp couldn’t anticipate that they would be sailing directly into one of the most catastrophic hurricanes in recorded history. In the aftermath of the storm, Tami awakens to find Richard badly injured and their boat in ruins. With no hope of rescue, Tami must now find the strength and determination to save herself and the only man she has ever loved.

This movie is based on a true story, and as soon as I heard that I knew it was going to make me cry.

This movie is super well made; the acting is phenomenal, and its super well put together, dividing between current time and flash backs. The beginning is pretty slow, but it gets really fast paced.

If you like survival dramas / based off a true story movies you’ll probably really enjoy this movie. I really liked it, but it did make me cry.
