This recipe was written for the Kirby Shaped Like A Friend Zine.
Ingredients
- 1 cup hibiscus tea ice (optional)
- Hibiscus tea frozen into ice cubes overnight
- Can also use a packet of instant hibiscus tea powder and plain ice instead
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (and/or frozen red fruit mix)
- ½ cup coconut milk (or coconut milk greek yogurt for thicker texture)
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
- 1 tbsp raspberry syrup
Directions:
- Make hibiscus tea ice overnight
- Make hibiscus tea of choice (instant or brewed) according to brand directions. Pour tea into ice molds and freeze beforehand.
- In a blender, add 1 cup hibiscus tea ice, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 tbsp vanilla syrup, 1 tbsp raspberry syrup, and ½ cup coconut milk. Add more ice if too thin for preference; add more milk if too thick.
- Garnish with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
