Review:

Werewolf by Night is a 2022 TV special released on Disney+. The special is based on comics, and is, ostensibly set in the MCU, but stands fully alone. The special is overall very enjoyable – an almost entirely black-and-white film in the style of old-time Universal monster movies. The plot is fairly predictable – and at just under an hour there isn’t much development of the characters beyond the surface. The special is enjoyable with some great performances and cinematography. However, as someone with some rapidly increasing Marvel-fatigue I do think this special is worth a watch, especially if you like monster movies.
